Process Highlights of Xinxin CI Flexo Printing Machines

Printing unit

Adopting advanced production technology and high quality raw materials, but through efficient production and cost control, we are able to offer more competitive price compared with other brands in the market.

Hydraulically advances and retracts the plate. Automatically separates the plate and applies ink during shutdown, and automatically advances the plate for printing upon startup.

When the machine is stopped, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the anilox roller away from the plate roller, and the plate roller leaves the center roller, but the gears are still engaged. When the machine is turned on again for printing, it will automatically reset, and the color registration/printing pressure will remain unchanged.
