Ceramic Anilox Roller: Laser-engraved ceramic-coated anilox roller, line count to be determined. Plate Roller: Hydraulically advances and retracts the plate. Automatically separates the plate and applies ink during shutdown, and automatically advances the plate for printing upon startup. When the machine is stopped, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the anilox roller away from the plate roller, and the plate roller leaves the center roller, but the gears are still engaged. When the machine is turned on again for printing, it will automatically reset, and the color registration/printing pressure will remain unchanged. Ceramic Anilox Roller: Laser-engraved ceramic-coated anilox roller, line count to be determined.
